There was a strong focus on confidence, capability and clinical currency at ADA SA’s 2026 Relative Analgesia Course.

It was great to see ADA Members come together for a full day of hands‑on, practical learning - revisiting best‑practice principles, safety protocols and real‑world application of relative analgesia in a supportive environment. Across the day, participants engaged in discussion, observation and practice, building confidence that can be taken straight back into everyday clinical care.

A sincere thank you to our facilitators Dr Michael Walker and Dr Angelo Preketes for sharing their expertise and guiding the group through thoughtful, practical learning, and to Air Liquide for supporting the course with equipment.

There was plenty of curiosity, conversation and shared learning at our regional seminar in Berri last week: Paediatric Dentistry - The Weird, Wild and Wonderful, presented by Dr Ninna Yuson.

It was great to see South Australian dental professionals come together to explore the realities of treating children - from the unexpected and challenging, to the moments that make paediatric dentistry so rewarding. The session sparked thoughtful discussion, practical reflection and plenty of take‑home insights that can be applied straight back into practice.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us for Simplified Anterior Composite Veneers last week.

Alongside high‑value, hands‑on CPD, it was a pleasure to see familiar faces reconnect with a small reunion of members happening organically during the day, reminding us that learning is also about community.

The room was full of conversations, connection and plenty of note‑taking at ADA SA’s Infection Control & More 2026 Seminar.

It was great to see the whole dental team come together for a full day of practical, relevant learning. Across infection control, consent, risk management, team performance and oral health, the focus was firmly on real‑world challenges and solutions that can be taken straight back into practice.
