National Day of Mourning (6:00pm AEST).
A National Day of Mourning to honour the victims of the Bondi terrorist attack has been declared for Thursday 22nd Jan. (pm.gov.au)

To provide an opportunity for folk in our community to participate, the Progress Assoc. will fly the Australian National Flag (ANF) at half mast throughout the day on Thursday from 0800.
This will take place on the area were we have our ANZAC Day service and Community gatherings.

At 1901 AEDT the nation will pause for one minutes silence. For us on AEST this is 1801 or 6.01pm when your are nvited to gather around the flag pole for 1 minute silence as we gaze in peace across the vista of the valley and beyond after which the ANF will be lowered.

Please join with us.
