📍G_33 is the place to be! This is the student centre opposite the library on the Gold Coast

Any small contribution made to minimising general waste is a step towards saving our planet.

Do you know what a blister pack is?
Think medications, tablets, capsules, and vitamins that often come in these clear plastic bubbles sealed to foil backing.

And here’s the problem:
Blister packs are NOT recyclable through household bins, resulting in a staggering number in landfill.

But… instead of accepting that, we decided to change it!

As a club, we are proud to say we’ve been working behind the scenes to bring a real solution to Griffith — and it’s coming very soon ♻️
This initiative is driven by our values and our belief that small actions, when supported by the right systems, create meaningful impact.

So what can you do right now?
✅ Start holding onto your empty blister packs
✅ Encourage friends, family, and classmates to do the same
✅ Get ready for a more sustainable way to dispose of them on campus!

If you find yourself with a large collection, please don’t worry — reach out to us. We’re more than happy to work with you on short-term solutions while the bigger initiative rolls out.

This club is a platform for action.
A place where ideas become initiatives and sustainability becomes a practice — not just a concept.

We exist to:

As the year comes to a close, it’s the perfect time to reflect on the goals we set and how far we’ve come 🌏

It’s safe to say we’re well on our way to building a like-minded community passionate about sustainability and conservation.
