☀️ SUNSHINE PARENTING PROGRAM – NEW GROUP STARTING SOON! ☀️

Being a mum is a journey full of beautiful moments, challenges, and everything in between. 💛 Sometimes, it helps to have a safe space where you can share your experiences, feel understood, and connect with other mums who just get it.

🍑 Our Sunshine Parenting Program (SPP) is starting soon!

This FREE 6-week program is for mothers with babies aged 0–15 months. It offers a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space to explore the realities of parenting during the postnatal period, share experiences, and connect with other mums who understand.

Over the 6 weeks, you’ll have the opportunity to reflect on your parenting journey so far and be reminded that you don’t have to navigate motherhood alone. 💕

📅 Starting: Tuesday, 3 November
⏰ Time: 12 pm – 2 pm
📍 Location: Pimpama Community Centre
💰 Cost: FREE!

🦈Join into our last Shark Cage program for the year. 🦈

Shark Cage is a 7 week program which helps women to increase their knowledge around healthy and unhealthy relationships. Shark Cage ® addresses how to recognise when someone is using abusive behaviours and is relevant for women who have experienced some form of abuse in their lives. It also provides participants with the skills and knowledge to be able to model healthy boundary setting for their children.

One of the key principles behind our lived experience approach is mutuality. At its heart, mutuality is about recognising that everyone brings valuable experiences, knowledge and perspectives to a supportive relationship.

Our peer workers bring their own lived experiences, while parents and carers bring their unique understanding of themselves and their families.

We're not here to tell you what to do or assume we know what's best for your family. We're here to listen without judgement, share experiences and walk alongside you in a way that feels right for you.

Today is World Mental Health Day 💛

This year’s theme, Together We Thrive, is a beautiful reminder of the role connection and community can play in our wellbeing.

At Peach Tree, lived experience is at the heart of what we do. We know that pregnancy and early parenthood come with plenty of change, learning and figuring things out as you go and having people around you who genuinely understand can make a difference.

Whether it’s a conversation, a shared experience, getting out of the house or simply spending time in a space where you can be yourself, looking after your mental health can take many forms.

This October, we’re celebrating the conversations, connections and communities that help us feel supported.
