Everything is FREE!!

Toddler Time at Varsity Lakes Community centre from 9:30-11am
A great space for your energetic toddlers to run around and play while you have a chat and make connections with other mums.

Pacific Pines Community Centre-
9:30-11am Just Peachy: have a drink, have some snacks and connect with other mums who are going through the ups and downs of motherhood. A safe space to connect with others.
12:30-2pm Craft: this group is for mum, dads and all carers of a child up to 5 years old. The craft is for the adults - come and have some fun (you don't have to be crafty to enjoy this group) and have some great conversations with others.

Our next Sunshine Parenting Program starts in a week and there are only a few spots remaining!

Join us at the Pimpama Community Centre for six weeks of connection, support, and shared experiences. Whether you're in the highs or lows of early motherhood, this program offers a compassionate, judgment-free space to connect with other mums and build your emotional well-being and parenting confidence.

Led by perinatal peer workers – this is your chance to find your village!

Program starts: Wednesday 21st January
Location: Pimpama Community Centre - 139 Rifle Range Rd
Time: 9:30-11:30am

1-2pm Craft is our social inclusion group meaning partners/grandparents/family etc are also welcome to attend! Our craft group activities change weekly

The Shark Cage program is relevant for any woman who has experienced an abusive relationship in their lifetime, and has a child 5 or under and/or is currently pregnant.

Shark Cage can:
✅ Increase your capacity to set boundaries
✅ Improve your assertive communication skills
✅ Increase the awareness of the impacts of abuse
✅ Decrease any feelings of self-blame or victim blaming
✅ Increase your capacity for self-care & kindness to yourself
✅ Increase connection to your feelings and body
✅ Increase your sense of self worth
✅ Increase belief in your entitlement to basic human rights
✅ Increase your ability to recognise a potentially abusive or exploitative person
