There is so much pressure on mums to “bounce back” after having a baby.

Get your body back.
Get fit quickly.
Be productive again.
Sleep less. Do more.

Honestly? It’s a lot.

The space I’m creating here in Coolangatta is the opposite of that energy.

It’s for mums who want to:
Move their bodies again safely
Rebuild strength and core confidence
Get out of the house
Meet other mums
Feel like themselves again

No bootcamp vibes.
No pressure.
No judgement if you’re tired, late, feeding, or your toddler is running around.

Why I Created Fit Mama Club

When I became a mum, I realised how much support mothers truly need — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.

So many women I spoke to were saying the same thing:
They wanted to feel strong again.
They wanted to move their body.
They wanted something just for them.
But they couldn’t find a space that understood what motherhood really looks like.

That’s why I created Fit Mama Club — a safe, welcoming community designed specifically for mums.

With over a decade of experience in health, fitness, and coaching, I’ve helped hundreds of women rebuild their confidence, strengthen their bodies, and reconnect with themselves.
Every session is small, supportive, and designed to meet you exactly where you’re at.
