There is so much pressure on mums to “bounce back” after having a baby.
Get your body back.
Get fit quickly.
Be productive again.
Sleep less. Do more.
Honestly? It’s a lot.
The space I’m creating here in Coolangatta is the opposite of that energy.
It’s for mums who want to:
Move their bodies again safely
Rebuild strength and core confidence
Get out of the house
Meet other mums
Feel like themselves again
No bootcamp vibes.
No pressure.
No judgement if you’re tired, late, feeding, or your toddler is running around.
Just fresh air, movement, and a genuinely supportive group of women figuring it out together.
