We provide a friendly supportive environment for people experiencing blindness or low vision to connect & share resources & information that will empower, encourage & inspire them to lead full & satisfying lives within the community. Bavia offers a comfortable and caring environment for visually impaired people to share ideas, experiences and connect with others in a similar situation. Registered
volunteers also help to increase confidence and overcome challenges. Our Social Club meets weekly and provides a wide range of services and activities for seniors. BAVIA Social Club offers:
Monthly guest speakers share the latest up to date information, services, aids and equipment to improve your daily living. Monthly excursions to local venues and activities around the Gold Coast. Weekly music and entertainment is provided whilst enjoying morning tea and social interaction. Regular visits by nail professional, hairdresser and fresh fruit & vegetable supplier. We meet every Wednesday
