Community Family Constellations Gathering 🌿
Right now, the world and our hearts need an arrow.
One of the most powerful things we can create in these times is community that truly sees, listens to and supports one another.
Altars of the Heart is a monthly gathering to meet, connect, move, play, feel and explore what becomes visible when we come together.
Through Family Constellations, presence, embodiment, representation and the group field, we explore the invisible movements within our relationships, families, communities and the wider systems we belong to.
You can bring a personal theme.
You can represent.
You can witness.
Or simply come with curiosity.
Everyone receives. 🕊️
For me, this work began with a simple question:
Where do I belong?
What is my role?
What is my place within my family, my culture, my community and my own heart?
After years of travelling, art, studies, death, practice and community facilitation, I now offer this work in service to community.
Not another place to “fix” ourselves.
A place to remember our creativity, our innocence and our capacity to be together.
Because our lives are our art.
We can create through music, movement, words, relationships, ritual and presence.
🌹 The community is the altar.
And the invitation is simple:
To put ourselves at the service of the heart.
