The Fair Work Ombudsman wants to hear from you!
If you havenβt heard yet, the FWO is inquiring into compliance with workplace laws in the disability support services sector.
In the past, the FWO has found widespread non-compliance with workplace laws and at times on a large scale. They have heard concerns about compliance challenges such as:
π Award complexity or ambiguity
π Strong demand for services
π₯ Workforce issues
β° High use of casual employees, predominantly female workers
π High turnover of employees
βοΈ Significant regulatory change
π° Funding or financial viability concerns
Help to make a positive impact by:
π Identifying why there is non-compliance with the Fair Work Act

Finding the most effective way to improve and sustain a culture of compliance
