Palm Beach Elanora Community Group Palm Beach-Elanora Community Group was formed to help build a better future for Palm Beach and Elanora.

We engage with Council and the Government on development, traffic and parking, beautification and greening projects and issues of concern to residents. PALM BEACH ELANORA COMMUNITY GROUP


MISSION STATEMENT:

“Improve planning and liveability outcomes for Palm Beach-Elanora in the face of rapid population growth and density.”

PRIORITIES FOR ACTION:

• Development approvals consistent with the Cit

y Plan as read and agreed by the
community
• A community-based master plan for Palm Beach (including its ocean foreshore
and relevant sections of Tallebudgera and Currumbin Creeks)
• A substantial street greening program
• Community park improvements
• Enhanced footpaths and bikeways, including evaluation of Palm Beach
Oceanway option
• Meaningful community engagement with Gold Coast Council
• Flood risk mitigation.
