What a wonderful day for Participants and staff at the Disability Expo! 💙

It was fantastic to get out and about, meet so many amazing providers and organisations, discover new opportunities and connect with others in the community.

Participants had a great time exploring, chatting and enjoying everything the Expo had to offer. 😊

💙🏉 A goal, a plan and a trip to remember! 🏉💙

One of Adrian’s goals was to have a little getaway without his family, and he made it happen! 🙌

He worked hard and saved his own money for his flights and accommodation, learning some great money-management skills along the way. 💰✈️

And what better reason for a trip than to see his beloved Geelong Cats take on Essendon at GMHBA Stadium! 🐱💙🤍

From saving and planning, to travelling and enjoying the game, it is fantastic to see him building confidence, independence and achieving something that was really important to him.

A very proud moment — and one awesome weekend! 💙🙌

✨ Pamper Night at Dasha's ✨
What a wonderful evening of self-care, relaxation, and connection! 💕 participants loved learning new self care skills and taking time to focus on their wellbeing while enjoying a well deserved pamper session.
From skincare and self care tips to meaningful conversations and plenty of smiles, the night was all about celebrating the importance of looking after ourselves. 🌸
It's amazing to see everyone building confidence, learning healthy self care habits, and enjoying some special time to relax and be pampered.
💖 Because self care isn't a luxury, it's a necessity.

It's wonderful to see the MIHS Cooking Program in full swing this week! 🍳🧁
Participants have been busy cooking and baking a range of delicious treats while developing valuable life skills in the kitchen. From following recipes and practicing food preparation techniques to learning kitchen safety and teamwork, everyone has embraced the opportunity to build confidence and independence. The delicious results have been a bonus, with plenty of tasty creations enjoyed along the way!
Well done to everyone involved for their enthusiasm, creativity, and commitment to learning. 👏✨

✨💅 Pamper Night at MIHS 💅✨
What an amazing night we all had at the monthly MIHS Pamper Night! Everyone had a fantastic time enjoying a range of skill building activities, relaxing treatments, and plenty of pampering fun.
The evening was filled with smiles, laughter, dancing, music, and great company. Participants were treated to a well deserved night of self care and relaxation, with everyone enjoying the opportunity to unwind, connect with friends, and celebrate together.
A big thank you to everyone who attended and helped make the night such a wonderful success. Seeing so many happy faces having fun and creating special memories made the event truly unforgettable.

Participants and staff had a wonderful time attending the Cuppa with a Cop event at Northgate yesterday! ☕👮
It was a great opportunity to connect with Tasmania Police and Neighbourhood Watch Tasmania Inc, enjoy a friendly chat and a hot drink, and strengthen community connections. Everyone had a fantastic morning!
