It’s been a fantastic time at Dasha’s, with everyone keeping busy, active, and engaged in a range of meaningful activities!
The participants have been enjoying getting out and about on exciting excursions, exploring the local community, visiting favorite spots, and trying new experiences. These outings are always a highlight, giving everyone the chance to build confidence, learn nee skills and make meaningful engagements in the community 🚐✨
We can’t wait to share more if what we are learning and exploring in a supportive environment soon!

A special thank you to Peter from Neighbourhood watch and Shelley from Tasmanian Police, for visiting MIHS for an informative afternoon for the participants.
Their presentation on personal safety and cyber safety was engaging and highly valued.

We all thoroughly enjoyed learning about all aspects of staying safe, and the session was very well received.

We have had a fantastic week filled with learning, laughter, and new experiences. Participants thoroughly enjoyed a variety of activities, from engaging excursions and hands-on science experiments inspiring museum visits.
A huge thank you to the incredible staff for their dedication, creativity, and support in making these opportunities possible. it has been wonderful to see the participants we support so involved, enthusiastic, and proud of what they’ve achieved this week. 🌟
