1. The initiative is quite different from other sports clubs already existing, as we aim to bring people from different communities to participate in the events and competitions.
2. Promoting campaigns during the games which help make the society better.
3. Encouraging participants to be part of volunteers in community work.
4. Actively approaching new arrivals in Hobart from mainland or overseas.
5. Fund raising during matches and events for community work.
6. Passion for community work.
7. Promoting Australia as multicultural country to new arrivals.
8. Non –Profit league any money raised given back to community in future projects.
9. Young people from different countries have come together who have recently migrated to Australia in past 5 years and local Australian youth to actively participate.
10. Reaching out to rural areas of Hobart to make new alliances and build relations.
11. Not limited to one sport although have started with one but plans to include multiple sports within one year.
