💜 Help Shape Wavlink’s New Participant Handbook 💜
We’re updating our Participant Handbook and we’d love our community to be part of it!
The handbook is one of the most important documents at Wavlink. It explains everything participants and their support networks need to know about being part of our community — from enrolment and goal setting, to rights, safety, feedback, fees, and how we make decisions together.
We’ve completed a full review against the NDIS Practice Standards to make sure the handbook is clear, current, and reflects the welcoming and inclusive service we’re proud to provide.
To help make the handbook accessible to everyone, we’ve also created:
✨ An Easy English version
✨ A Simple English version
This week we began consulting directly with participants, and we’d love families, carers, support coordinators, and community members to join the conversation too.
📣 We’d love your feedback!
Is anything unclear? Is there something missing? Is there anything you’d like to discuss? Even a quick “looks good to us” is really helpful and appreciated.

Once consultation is complete, we’ll review all feedback, finalise the handbook, present it to the Board for approval, and share a summary of what changed and why.
