Glen Industries The organisation commenced operations in 1967 as a "Crippled Children's Association".

Providing supported employment and training opportunities for people with a disability and a range of support services for individuals with an NDIS Plan to live your life your way. Glen Industries is an Australian Public Company Limited by Guarantee, located within the township of Glen Innes in the New England regional area of the Northern Tablelands of NSW. In 1982 the organisation was incorporat

ed to form the Glen Innes Regional Sheltered Workshop. From 1990, the organisation operated as a vocational service provider resulting in an expansion of its business enterprises. As a result of the transformation, the organisation developed a strong business focus, whilst maintaining its core commitment to its employees with a disability. In 2005, the Glen Innes Regional Sheltered Workshop changed its name to Glen Industries. Today, Glen Industries is a Not-For-Profit Australian Disability Enterprise, providing employment and training for people with a disability.

ANZAC DAY!!

Julie and Tamara supported Seb, Allyson, and Linda to attend the Anzac Day community events and they enjoyed morning tea together at the Town Hall Cafe before watching the parade and attending the Anzac Day Service.

Prior to returning home, they enjoyed lunch together at Harry’s Snack Shack.

Overall, it was a positive and enjoyable community outing for everyone!!

HORTICULTURE ASSISTANT - GLEN INNES

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team in a full-time role.

Requirements:
* Current Drivers Licence
* LR/MR Licence
* Forklift Licence
* First Aid Certificate
* Chainsaw Qualification or willing to obtain
* Current NDIS Worker Check or willing to obtain

The ideal candidate will:
* Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
* Be safety conscious and reliable
* Work well independently and as part of a team
* Be willing to undertake training to obtain required qualifications if not already held

OPENING HOURS

Glen Innes office, Inverell Office, Horticulture & Car Wash will be closed from the
22nd December, 2025, re-opening on the 5th January, 2026

Inverell Recycling will only be closed the Public Holidays for your convenience.

KIOSK @ Glen Industries, Copeton Dam,
Northern Foreshores - open 7 days from 22nd December, 2025 till the 1st February, 2026
Please check the board outside the Kiosk for times.
