Gladstone Qld parkrun A free, weekly, timed 5k event every Saturday morning at 7am at Lions Park, Gladstone. Everyone is welcome to walk, run or volunteer.

Gladstone Qld parkrun is a FREE, weekly, timed 5km run or walk for anyone, which takes place every Saturday at 7am sharp in the Lions Park, Kin Kora Gladstone, Queensland, Australia. You must register before the event on the parkrun website to get your time, however you only have to register the once. Make sure you print out and bring your barcode with you (no barcode no time). parkrun is not a ra

ce against other runners, but a 5k timed run and it can really be whatever you want it to be, whether that's for fun or as part of a training plan. It offers an opportunity for all the local community, male or female, young or old, to come together on a regular basis to enjoy the beautiful surrounds and get physically active at the same time. We want to encourage people to jog or run together irrespective of their ability – this event is truly open to all and best of all it really is FREE! 13 June 2026 – Event 620: This week 106 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 8 were first timers and 16 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 8 different clubs took part.

6 June 2026 – Event 619: This week 96 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 4 were first timers and 7 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 6 different clubs took part. What a way to celebrate Queensland Day! Thanks to everyone who dress up!
