Make your EOFY impact count!

With 30 June fast approaching, now is the perfect time to make a meaningful contribution while planning for tax time. By donating, you’re not only supporting your community, but you may also be able to claim a tax deduction this financial year.

📍 Keep it local - Your donation stays right here in our region. You can direct your support to either Gladstone or Rockhampton, ensuring your impact is felt in the communities you know and care about. You can even tell us which program you would like to support.

🌱 Real impact, close to home - Supporting local initiatives means your contribution goes directly toward helping people and delivering programs on the ground, creating visible, meaningful change where it’s needed most.

✅ Simple to do before 30 June - Make your EOFY donation today and feel great knowing you’ve supported your community. Every dollar counts, and every act of generosity matters.

We are incredibly grateful for Roseberry being named as one of the beneficiaries of this year’s Ladies’ Long Table Luncheon.

Roseberry Qld recently joined leaders from housing, health, community services, government and lived experience sectors across the state at the Homelessness Queensland Conference.

Fabian and Hayley presented on Advancing Zero in Regional Queensland, sharing the CQ Zero journey and what it takes to bring the Advance to Zero approach into a regional setting.

From building and maintaining a By-Name List to using real-time data and strengthening cross-sector partnerships, it was a valuable opportunity to showcase the collaborative work happening across Central Queensland.

✨ Hayley’s highlight: The strong interest in how regional communities can implement Advance to Zero and the conversations sparked around collaboration, data, and improving outcomes for people experiencing homelessness.

✨ Fabian’s highlight: The powerful reminder that ending homelessness requires collective action, bringing together different perspectives, learning from each other and putting people and dignity at the centre of every decision.

We are really proud of the progress of CQ Zero and grateful to be working alongside committed partners across the region to create lasting change. If you want to find out more about CQ Zero check out - https://cqzero.org.au/

It was fantastic to have Minister Sam O'Connor MP visit Jack's House Youth Shelter last week. We got the chance to show the Minister around and to discuss just how vital this service is.

A shelter does more than just provide a bed. It also offers:
🌻Emotional support and guidance
🌻Information and referrals to other services
🌻Advocacy to help young people access housing, education, or health care.

Jack’s House helps young people build skills so they can live independently and build a better future.
