Every second Thursday from 9.30am to 12.30pm
at the Philip Street Communities and Families Precinct
Free Bus Service available! Come and join our group Softly Helping You Inc. (SHY) for a fun social morning at Gladstone's Philip Street Precinct. On SHY's Social Days we will cater with a morning tea and have local musicians & artists to entertain. Our primary interest is to provide a safe, welcomin

g and social environment for people who require care and their carers. Or if you are lonely and in need of some company this is a safe space for you to come along to enjoy a social morning meeting new people whilst listening to live music. Entry is a $2.00 per person with a ticket in the lucky door prize!

What a fantastic crowd at yesterday's Mother's Day event! It was lovely to see so many smiling faces. We also had Katrina from Cosmos Arts for Health and Debbie from Carer Gateway attend to promote the great creative workshops being held for unpaid carers in May. A big thanks to Athol for the great music. Wishing everyone a very happy Mother's Day on Sunday.
