Today, on International Day of the Girl, we’re celebrating girls everywhere and the opportunities they deserve.

Days for Girls Australia provides reusable menstrual health Kits and education to help girls manage their periods with confidence. Menstrual care should be part of the support every girl can count on.

✨ A very special day with Marina ✨

We were delighted to welcome Marina Prior, to our Camberwell Chapter Sew Day, where she spent time with our wonderful volunteers and even got involved in the making of DfG Kits.

There was plenty of conversation, laughter and a little hands-on creativity as Marina added studs to one of our shields.

But there was something even more special to come…

The next video in our ‘What We Do’ series takes you through the components of a Days for Girls Kit! 🌼 These particular menstrual kits have been packed and sent off to Papua New Guinea 🇵🇬, where they will provide women and girls with a reliable, sustainable and culturally sensitive way to manage their periods.
