Modern tools for our coastal heroes 🌊🛥️

We've always been big on community. And because we share our profits, we're bigger for local organisations like Lancelin Volunteer Marine Rescue Group.

We were absolutely thrilled to help the team purchase this state-of-the-art, brand-new, interactive electronic whiteboard with $6,000 in Community Bank Gingin and Lancelin Grant funding.

This new training tool is helping the crew step into the digital age, and it is already proving to be a fantastic asset for the whole region.

It has already been put to work with the crew from Lancelin Volunteer Fire and Rescue using it at a recent training session, and it even had our local police sergeant highly impressed and eager to use the new setup for upcoming briefings and joint operations. 🚒🚔👮‍♀️👨‍🚒

When our regional emergency services can share modern tools and train together, our entire coastal community is safer.

A massive congratulations to the Marine Rescue on the new arrival and thank you to all the local volunteers who work tirelessly to keep our community protected!

What does real community spirit look like? 👀🫶

To us at Community Bank Gingin & Lancelin, it looks an awful lot like our Customer Service Officer, Jess! 💚💛🏐

We are beyond thrilled to congratulate Jess on being awarded 2026 Best Club Person at the Gingin Eagles Netball Club! 🦅🏆

Nominated by club members and chosen by the committee, this honour recognizes someone who gives their whole heart to the club.

Jess has just completed her 4th season on the court, delivering an epic Grand Final performance, while also serving on the committee and coaching the junior team for the second year running.

Guiding the next generation of players with warmth, confidence, and heaps of patience, she has become an incredible mentor for the young girls coming through the ranks.

To top it all off, when she’s not helping customers across our counter or encouraging players on the court, she’s serving our local district on the back of a volunteer fire truck. 🚒

At just 21 years of age, Jess's selflessness and commitment to Gingin are nothing short of inspiring.

Gather your team and polish your clubs for the first annual Community Bank Gingin & Lancelin Community Golf Day!

We'll be rotating this event through the Shire of Gingin's great courses each year to celebrate our local clubs. Whether you're a pro or a beginner, the relaxed 3-ball Ambrose format is fun for everyone!

🎟️ Entry: 100% FREE (includes lunch & dinner!)
📅 Date: Friday 6 November 2026
⏰ Time: 10am for an 11am tee-off
