We have a variety of native shrubs, bush tucker and trees - many of which are wildlife and insect attracting 🦜🐞🦋🐝

We often get requests for butterfly and bee attracting plants, well here is one now available that ticks all the boxes. Not only good for a whole range of insects but ornamental, a local native, drought tolerant, and suitable for a town block.
Here are some of the “locals”
I saw today feasting on our Lime Berry at Gin Gin Landcare.

If you are looking for a cheap Avocado tree Gin Gin Landcare has 69 at $10 each. All 69 have been grown in our nursery and are clean, healthy trees. These are not grafted trees but are grown from two varieties: Velvic and Zutano.
Both of these can be used as rootstocks for grafting, but they also make a nice eating fruit.
Grafted Avocado trees can bear fruit in 2-3 years while seedling trees take a bit longer but once they kick into fruiting mode they are regular bearers.
We made the decision today to sell at this cheap price and will be on sale tomorrow.

Vitex trifoliata (Coastal Vitex) is
an Aussie native fast spreading ground cover and adapted to different soil types, coast or inland.

Pretty violet flowers and easy to keep trimmed as the runners dont set roots. Thrives in well-drained soil and sun. Birds, bees and butterflies love it too.

We have plenty for sale and are open from 9am-1pm today 🌿🪻
