They are about what becomes possible after someone gives.✨

For Peter, his electric trike was meant to support freedom and movement. But when reduced movement in his left shoulder and arm made steering harder, something designed to help him was slowly becoming a barrier.

TADSA helped change that.👏
With a setup designed around Peter’s comfort, safety and movement, his trike could work with him, not against him.

That is what your donation helps make possible.🙌
Not just equipment.
Not just repairs.
But confidence. Safety. Dignity. And the chance for someone to keep moving through life with greater independence.

This EOFY, help TADSA keep independence moving.

Donate today.💙

Sometimes, one story is all it takes for someone to realise help is possible.🙌

Pamela reached out to TADSA after seeing another bath cover board we had shared on Facebook. Someone else had received a practical solution for a similar challenge, and that story helped Pamela ask for support too.
For Pamela, getting in and out of the bath had become difficult, unsafe and stressful. It affected something deeply personal: the ability to bathe with comfort, privacy and confidence.
With a simple bath cover board, that changed.
“I can finally have a proper bath again without needing help.”
This is why your EOFY donation matters.
When you donate to TADSA, you are not just funding one adaptation. You are helping create practical solutions, meaningful stories and moments of independence that can reach the next person who needs hope.
Donate before June 30 and help restore safety, dignity and independence 💙
One solution at a time.

At TADSA, we love sharing stories that inspire hope and highlight what’s possible in a more inclusive world. 💙Chris is a powerful reminder that with determination, innovation, and courage, barriers can be redefined. His story shows that disability does not limit potential—it can spark new ways of thinking, creating, and achieving. “If you can dream it… maybe now is the time to try and achieve it.” ✨

We’re incredibly proud to share this amazing story of perseverance and possibility:

Let’s keep championing inclusion, innovation, and the belief that anything is possible. 💫

Ever since he was a young child, Christopher Hills has wanted to fly an aircraft. Now he has made that dream a reality.

Something as simple as pressing a button can become a moment of independence. 💛
Stephi lives with severe cerebral palsy and can only use her left hand. With the help of TADSA volunteers, everyday toys were adapted so she could activate them independently using an accessible switch.
These small modifications created something much bigger:
✨ More independence.
✨ More engagement.
✨ More joy.

This EOFY, your support helps us continue creating practical solutions that improve everyday life for people living with disability.

On Wednesday, 20 May 2026, TADSA was deeply honoured to celebrate 20 of our remarkable technical volunteers at an afternoon tea held at Government House, hosted by Her Excellency the Honourable Frances Adamson AC, Governor of South Australia, and Mr. Rod Bunten.

For more than four decades, TADSA volunteers have quietly transformed lives across South Australia through innovation, compassion and extraordinary technical skill. From custom mobility modifications to highly specialized assistive technology solutions that cannot be purchased off the shelf, their work has enabled people living with disability and older South Australians to live with greater independence, dignity and participation.

This recognition celebrated not only the thousands of volunteer hours contributed over the years, but the profound human impact behind every customized solution built, adapted and designed.
TADSA sincerely thanks Government House for recognising the invaluable contribution of volunteers to inclusive communities across South Australia.

Every child deserves the chance to ride, explore, and feel included. 🚲💛
Through Freedom Wheels, TADSA creates custom mobility solutions that help children participate safely and confidently in everyday experiences.
This specially adapted tag-along bike was designed to provide extra support, stability, and safety, turning bike rides into moments of freedom, connection, and participation.

Because inclusion is not just about access.
It’s about belonging.✨

This EOFY, your support helps us continue creating practical solutions that change lives for children and families living with disability.

💧 A clever solution can make a therapy space safer, easier and more accessible.
At the Women’s and Children’s Hospital, the hydrotherapy team needed a better way to move swim platforms in and out of their above-ground pool. 🏥

With the support of TADSA volunteer Gary Lang, 4 custom lifting slings were manufactured to work with the hospital’s existing ceiling hoist. 🛠️

Now, the team can move the platforms more safely and efficiently, helping support hydrotherapy sessions used by many patients. ♿💙

This is the power of volunteer expertise in action. 🙌

Have technical, trade, design or problem-solving skills? Your experience could help create meaningful change with TADSA. 💙
