Centacare Family Services Centacare Family Services offers family relationship and community services to individuals, couples and families.

Centacare Family Services was established in 1986 by the Bishop of Geraldton. Aware of the fundamental dignity of the person, Centacare acts as the official welfare arm of the Church in the Diocese of Geraldton by providing professional, pastoral and community care to families and individuals. The goal for Centacare from its beginning is to provide to the community a holistic family welfare service. The professional goal is to utilize the knowledge and skills from the behavioural sciences applied to the human condition as a healing and growth process. Thus, family relationship and community services are provided within one diverse, flexible organisation.

We're so excited to be part of this year's Ngala Midwest & Gascoyne , Midwest Early Years Network Children's Week Family Fun Day!

Join us and a range of local services at Museum of Geraldton, as we celebrate our amazing kids with a day full of fun, connection, and community spirit.
Thanks to Meerilinga, Education WA , Department of Communities, and Lotterywest we will have a free interactive stall packed with engaging activities.

Our teams are trading spaces, but one thing that won’t change is our commitment to supporting people in our community.

❤️ 40 Years of Centacare – Our Story Continues

Over the past 40 years, Centacare has grown from humble beginnings into an organisation reaching further into our community, supporting people and families in so many different ways.

Our main offices are more than just buildings. They’re places where conversations begin, people find support, families receive a helping hand, volunteers discover new opportunities, and new beginnings take shape.

In this video, we take you on a walk through our main offices to share a little of what happens behind the doors and the services that make up the Centacare story.

And we’re not finished yet! 🚗 Next week, we’ll take you on a short road trip to our Housing First and Men’s Hub offices to discover even more of the work we do across our community.

The Men’s Hub is having a bit of a clear-out, and we have some items that are looking for a new home! 😊

We’ll be leaving the items along the shed and behind the skip bin over the weekend for anyone who would like to pop by, have a look and take anything they can use.
