We are still shell-shocked by the Irwin Shire’s decision to cancel the event at the 11th hour without any prior consultation to either of the organising committees.
This would have been our 20th year and their decision has all but caused the demise of our event.
The last 6 years running in conjunction with the Sprint team has been amazing. We can’t thank Bruce, Grant and their team for the massive effort they have put in each year to bring the event to life.
We also thank all of our past and present volunteers, entrants, sponsors and spectators that have supported us over the years. Also a big thank you to the Denison business’s and community for embracing the event and all of your support. 🙏🏼
There’s so many other people to thank and we are grateful to you all - it’s been one hell of a ride….
