IMPORTANT NOTICE
Hello everyone
I just wanted to thank you all for your support and donations over the years. It is actually the supporters and, in particular, the donaters that make sanctuaries possible.
As you would be aware, Big Ears Animal Sanctuary has essentially merged with Brightside Farm Sanctuary. We have two properties in the Huon Valley that the animals call home. The properties are quite different in terms of what they can provide for each animal, and as such, some animals go back and forth between the two in order to best provide for their needs.
Going forward, I intend to reduce duplicity where I can. I therefore ask that financial donations to Big Ears cease on the 31st May 2025. This will enable me to tally the yearly donations for this financial year and provide tax deductible receipts for the last time.
No receipts will be issued for donations after the 30th of June 2025.
For those that wish to continue with their donations, and I sincerely wish they still want to support Emma Haswell and myself and the Brightside Farm Sanctuary team going forward, I am putting the Brightside account details below. For those that provide direct bank deposits, please remember changes have to be made by you at your bank or financial institution.
Thank you all so much for your support over the years, and I mean your emotional and financial support. Big Ears has not officially closed. We are just trying to save duplication on some processes.
