For all those who have known the story of Katrina's Sparkle from the start, we're thankful of your ongoing support and would like to share our new and updated website.

For those who are new to following KsafeT, please take a look at one of the driving forces behind what we do.

The people working with Katrina's Sparkle, and I, wanted to share something that's been in the making for a long time (and come to fruition this week).

We are very pleased to share the new Katrina's Sparkle website, invite you to enjoy the new part of the story and reflect on where we have come from to where we are.

The design of this website has been created by one amazing woman, and with her permission, we will look to share more about her and what she does in the coming weeks.

Honouring Katrina's legacy through family safety, youth opportunity, community impact and charitable giving. Help us build a $100,000 legacy fund by 2028.

It's been a great few weeks at KsafeT. Over the last little while we have been continuing to build our capacity to serve and deliver training to community.

Awesome to work with this amazing bunch of humans.

WHO CARES FOR THE CARERS ?

Several weeks ago; 53 of the Feed Me Surfcoast volunteers were treated to an incredible day out.

Led by Simon Hastings; Founder & Lead Trainer of KSafeT; along with the support of Searoad Ferries, Infuse Travel & Peninsula Hot Springs, provided an opportunity for those who show up every day for others, to pause, breathe, and connect.

It was more than just a day-getaway.
It was a reminder that those who give so much need to recharge too.

This day could never have happened without KsafeT — a certified social enterprise committed to building stronger, more connected communities through practical first aid, safety, and wellbeing education.

This experience was made possible thanks to the generosity of Searoad Ferries, Infuse Travel, and Peninsula Hot Springs, who jumped on board with Simon & KSafeT in the vision and passion of Community supporting Community.

When we care for those who care, everyone benefits.

With Volunteer burnout an increasing concern, Simon & KSafeT approach recognises that sustainable community impact isn’t just about service delivery, it’s about the wellbeing of the people behind it.

The training Simon continues to deliver with Feed Me Surfcoast Volunteers; feeds a strong and already existing sense of belonging to the Feed Me community.

A reminder that no one is doing this work alone.

COMMUNITY SUPPORTING COMMUNITY

Is your workplace or community group in need of a reset, recharge, strengthening?
Need to pull things apart and move forward with drive and positive energy?

Call Simon. He’s all that. KSafeT
