As a proud Geelong-based organisation, The Companion Group will be observing the Geelong Cup as our public holiday instead of the Melbourne Cup.

🔥 Snags, sunshine & smiles!

We had an incredible time at our very first TCG AFL Grand Final Sausage Sizzle at Cobbin Homestead. From footy tipping fun to fairy bread magic, it was a day full of laughs, community spirit, and connection.

Huge shoutout to everyone who came, helped, and made it such a special afternoon!

Footy fever is here and what better way to celebrate the AFL Grand Final than with a classic Aussie sausage sizzle! The Companion Group is firing up the BBQ and inviting the whole community to join in the fun. Whether you’re a die-hard fan or just in it for the food and good company, this is the perfect way to spend your Sunday afternoon.

Everyone is welcome: clients, staff, families, friends, and colleagues. It’s a relaxed, family-friendly day where you can drop in and stay as long as you like. Sausages will be sizzling all afternoon and the prize winners will be announced at 3:00 PM.

This is your chance to meet new people, reconnect with your community, grab a free snag, and soak up the festive footy spirit.
