With a little guidance from his support worker, he had a go at every step — building confidence, learning new skills and enjoying the moment of “I made that!” 🙌

Spring is here, and what better way to welcome it than getting outdoors, working together and growing something as a team! 💚

Those we support came together to plan and bring our gardening project to life — sharing ideas, getting their hands dirty and enjoying the simple benefits of being outdoors together. 🌿🪴

It’s these everyday moments that create connection, confidence, purpose and a sense of belonging. 💜

And this is what makes Intertwined different. We bring together disability support and healthcare, with access to GP and nursing support, alongside a dedicated team focused on each person’s individual needs, wellbeing and goals. 🩺🤝
