Balyang Sanctuary parkrun

Balyang Sanctuary parkrun A free, weekly, timed 5k event every Saturday morning at 8am in Balyang Sanctuary, Geelong. Everyone is welcome to walk, run or volunteer.

parkrun has come to Geelong... Established 25th August 2012! So far we've got a small band of volunteers and would be grateful to anyone who would like to jump on board to make the event the success it is all over the globe – so please spread the word to help us make Balyang Sanctuary parkrun Geelong a huge success. Roster has been filled, I hope you're all thrilled. The Gift of one's time is truly sublime! Thank you volunteers, we are so grateful you are here!

Parkrun is on tomorrow, so no need to wallow. Allow time to check in, if you're from away or new to begin! One pram or one dog, the path we don't want to hog. It's shared as you know, so keep left as you go!

We'll be ready at 8, so make sure you're not late!

Hey Parkrunners!

In order for tomorrow's event to occur we still need our two Marshalls! For turnaround 1 & 3.

If you can help out that'd be great!

One is at 1.5km out the other right around 1km out.

You'd need to be there about 7:40am ♡

Good Morning Parkrunners! The weather is meh, but the volunteers are YEAH! We are ready and set, even if we might get a bit wet...

We'll see you all quite soon! At 8am and not noon!

If you're new or visiting - at 7:50am we'll say hi! and share a bit about our fun course, the river is lovely, the people are fun - we look forward to seeing you, and enjoying your run!

One dog and one pram, we say is quite grand! Please return your finish token, without them we are quite heart-broken... ;)

One final note, if you'd lend us your ears, we still need a LOT of future VOLUNTEERS! :D
