This International Friendship Day, let's make our community a little more connected. 🌍💚

Here are four ways to celebrate:
💬 Reach out to a friend you haven't spoken to lately.
🤝 Introduce yourself to someone new.
🎉 Invite a friend to join you at an event or activity.
✨ Be the person who makes someone feel included.

You never know how much one kind conversation can mean.

Supporting a young person with attending school

For some young people, going to school can cause high levels of distress and anxiety, which may lead to reluctance or difficulty attending. This can also be stressful for the adults who care for them, making it challenging to navigate both a young person’s emotions and their own.

Join our free online text‑based group chat to connect with other adults and explore ideas for supporting a young person as they develop and learn to navigate life’s ups and downs.

📅 15 July, from 6:30pm – 9:45pm AEST

This International Men’s Health Week, we’re encouraging young men and boys to check in with themselves and each other. 💚

Looking after your mental health is just as important as looking after your physical health and reaching out for support is a sign of strength, not weakness.

To the parents, carers, teachers, coaches, friends, and mentors supporting young people aged 12–25, thank you for helping create safe spaces where young people feel heard, supported, and connected.
