Gateways Support Services We act on our vision to create a community where people with disability are included, valued and well supported. Please do not respond yourself.

Gateways Support Services Social Media Guidelines:

We ask that you treat others as you would like to be treated – be respectful of other opinions and inclusive of all members of the community. We ask that all content/comments/posts follow these values. Discrimination of any sort will not be tolerated. We do not allow graphic, obscene, explicit or racial comments or comments that are abusive, hateful or intended to harm anyone or any organisation. If comments or posts fall into any of the categories above, we will have to remove them. Depending on the severity, you may also be removed from the page. If you see someone share or post something that you think might go against our guidelines, we ask that you forward the ‘post’ to Gateways either via direct message or by emailing. ✈️ Ready for take-off? Funflight is coming to Barwon Heads! 🚁

Join us for a special Term 4 Kids & Youth Recreation activity at the Funflight Festival!

Enjoy a scenic flight from Barwon Heads along the beautiful coast to Queenscliff and back. With Cessna and Piper aircraft, plus a helicopter, there’s plenty of excitement to look forward to!

Office closure notice – Geelong Cup

Our North Geelong and Werribee offices will be closed for the Geelong Cup public holiday tomorrow, Thursday 21 October, and will reopen on Thursday 22 October, 2026.

Please note that supports will not be disrupted and will continue as normal during this time.

By volunteering at our Christmas Gift Wrapping Fundraiser, you'll help create a festive experience for shoppers while supporting Gateways to continue delivering meaningful opportunities for the people we support.

From a few hours to a full day, every volunteer makes a difference.

📍 Waurn Ponds Shopping Centre

Thread Together works with leading fashion brands to rescue new, excess clothing and provide it free of charge to people experiencing hardship. Through our partnership, we're helping ensure quality clothing reaches people in our community.

From tomorrow, 1 October, all SIL providers must be registered to continue delivering Supported Independent Living services.

If you receive SIL support, now is the time to ask:

"Are you registered to continue delivering SIL supports?"

If your provider is not registered, you may need to start considering other options.

Gateways is a registered SIL provider and we're here to help you, your family and support networks navigate any changes with confidence.

If you need to explore alternative living and support arrangements, our team is ready to support you every step of the way.
