We’re proud to announce that Meli’s Northern Futures program is partnering with genU Training to deliver employability skills training right here in our community!

Together, we’re bringing the Unlock Your Potential course to the Northern Futures offices on Station Street, Norlane - starting in September.

It’s a practical and hands-on course, preparing participants to enter the workforce in a business administration role or to undertake further vocational study.

Both Northern Futures and genU Training are known for their strong community focus and employment outcomes that exceed the national average. With Norlane currently facing the highest unemployment rate in Victoria, this initiative is a powerful step toward helping locals build skills, confidence, and brighter futures.
