Earlier this week we held another staff training day. We explored 'Evidence-based mental health approaches: A practical framework for Community Support workers'. Our practical training provides our team with the tools they need to grow their practice knowledge while, empowering personal growth and development. Participant spotlight: We have been supporting Martin for over 3 years now and he continues to thrive. With tailored supports and a consistent team in place, Martin is meeting his goals and building capacity. Liam here is Martin's key support worker and has supported Martin from the very start of his journey at All in One. Demonstrating how long-term consistency leads to having a sustainable impact in the lives of people we support. Martin enjoys accessing his community, bible study and meeting new people.
