The truth about GLP1S and Weightloss.
Glp1s are changing the world on fat loss, but there are a few things you need to know.
Gpl1s make you eat less, a lot less, and this causes your body to look for nutrients everywhere. And the richest sources are from your muscles and dones.
This is what happenes when your calories are too low, so its important to track your calories, and manage your weight loss to a healthy ammount per week.
Another thing that helps stop both these things is weight training, have you ever heard of "if you dont use it you lose it?" this is definitely true if your calories are too low.
To make this situation worse if you lose muscle mass, you engine is smaller, causeing you to use less fuel, which means when you finish your diet you will need even less calories to stay lean, making it harder to keep the weight off
later.
While on GlPg1s you dont learn to deal with the underlying reason that got you overweight in the place, so you put it all back on again once you finish your cycle.
Have I tried them? Yes! I wanted to try them so I could give my feedback to participants. I lost the majority of my 60kgs without it, and i didnt find them that usful, or that they added much help beside helping with some of the food noise. Not to mention they are very very expensive.
I think they are a good thing for people that really need the help, but the truth is, you dont need them and there is a healtheir way without the side effects, but if you are going to use them, please make sure you watch your calories and exercise
