With the core philosophy of providing Client Centred Services (CCS), Proven Plan Manager provides dedicated Plan Manager for each and every participant under its care. Unlike most plan managers whose primary focus is to service
greater number of participants, we pride ourself in focusing on quality over quantity. To ensure that, we maintain strict staff to client ratio and our plan managers are instructed to followup with our clients, at least once every month, to perform a well-being check, a feedback collection as well as discuss any issues identified by us. Alternatively, our clients can always reach their dedicated Plan Manager via email or phone call. Apart from that we provide high level of ongoing training to our staff and ensure their well-being and health. We take care of our staffs so that they can, in return, take proper care of our clients. We really focus in developing our staff's communication and problem solving skills so that they can provide impeccable customer service to our clients.
