There will be no star class on Saturday 28 Feb 26 as we will have our first competition for the year, Spectators are welcome, it will be held at The Parks Recreation Centre The competitions starts at 8:30an until approximately 5:00pm.

Good afternoon Everyone,

Please note, whilst we are returning for STAR Classes and training on Tuesday 6th January, the week between Tuesday 20th January and Monday 26th January the Rec Centre will be unavailable to us due to the Hockey Viking Cup.

Our Story

The Official Gawler Skating Club Website is found at : http://www.gawlerskatingclub.org.au/ The Gawler Skating Club is an artistic rollerskating club with members competing in the disciplines of freeskating, dance, and figures. Gawler Skating Club is based at the Gawler Sports and Community Centre on Nixon Tce, Gawler. The club holds Learn to Skate Star Classes each Saturday from 9 am until 10 am, and Thursdays from 5 pm until 6 pm throughout the year to help teach & promote the sport of skating. Incorporating skills from Derby, Hockey, Speed and Artistic to give each skater a variety of options for further interest into the sport of roller skating.Throughout and after the completion of the Star Class Program, information will be available for joining the Gawler Skating Club and become part of our Competitive Artistic Rollerskating Team. For information regarding joining the Gawler Skating Club and undertaking further training after the completion of the Gawler Skate Stars program, please follow the enquiries tab on our website.
