A week ago, we made our way to Gabbadah to pick olives for our annual olive oil needs. Thanks to our small but mighty group, we were able to collect over 150kg of olives.

We've had a wonderful day out. Big thanks also to Tina and Mihail from the Redfield Park Olive Grove.

Last Saturday Freo Permies hosted our garden tour. An intrepid group joined us despite the rain as we visited four permaculture gardens.

The final garden was Jodies in Coolbellup. Her garden is about
10 years old with communal
Living, a tiny home and a productive garden.

The third garden was Evas in Coolbellup. Her garden lead than a year old. It’s a verge garden designed to connect with the neighbourhood.

The second garden was Fiona’s in Hilton. Fiona’s garden is nearly 30 years old and contains mature trees which require heavy pruning. Annuals in wicking beds and perennials in the food forest.
