It’s been just over a week since our first ever Tattoos for Tails Art Exhibition, and we’re still taking it all in! 🐾❤️

From the 3rd to the 5th of April 2026, we brought together 40 Boorloo (Perth) based tattoo artists, our community, and a shared love for helping animals in need.

To everyone who came along, purchased an original or print, supported from afar, or shared what we’re doing, thank you. Truly. This event was built on community, and we felt that in every moment!!

To the incredible artists who donated their time, skills, and creativity to this exhibition, thank you. Your willingness to be part of this is what made it possible. Because of you, we were able to raise over $31,000 across the weekend, supporting 17 animal rescues across WA. That is something really special.

Join us for the final day of the Tattoos for Tails Art Exhibition today, Sunday the 5th of April 11am-4pm!!

We’ll have a representative from Greyhound Adoptions WA here again, selling some merch, as well as the final stock of the Tattoos for Tails Colouring Book, Volume 1.


Today will be the final day to shop one of our original paintings or the high quality prints. Get your order in by 8pm tonight to avoid missing out!

Tattoos for Tails is supporting WA Animal Charities through this Charity Art Exhibition.

You have one more day to visit the exhibition - Sunday 5th April, 11am - 4pm, at Terrace Greenhouse - 223 South Terrace, South Fremantle.

You can support Mandurah Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre , and the artist Amy McGivern from Botanica Pokes, by purchasing a print of her original ‘The Sweet Life’. The original sold on opening night with all proceeds being donated to Mandurah Wildlife.

EXHIBITION GUIDE 🖼️✨
AKA everything you need to know about our event!

The first Tattoos for Tails Charity Art Exhibition is finally here and we’re so excited to share it with you.

40 Boorloo (Perth) tattoo artists have each created an original artwork, with proceeds from all original pieces being donated to over 15 animal rescues across WA.

All artworks will be available for purchase, along with high quality prints. Originals are priced individually, with 100% of original artwork sales going directly to the chosen rescue. Prints will also be available to purchase, with some artists choosing to donate proceeds from these as well.

Whether you’re coming to support a rescue, meet your favourite artist, or just soak in the atmosphere, we’ve created something really special across the whole weekend.
We’re also so lucky to have The Ugly Bunch bringing the space to life with a beautiful floral arrangement, generously created using blooms donated by Fresh Provisions. 🌸

OPENING NIGHT (open to ALL) ✨
Friday the 3rd of April // 6pm–9pm
Join us for an evening of art, community and connection.
Snacks and refreshments provided by the incredible team at Running With Thieves!
Dress up, bring your friends & family, and make a night of it! ✨💃

COMMUNITY DAY
Saturday the 4th of April // 10am–5pm
Face painting from 12pm with Rose from Wonderfully Whimsical Artistry (gold coin donation).
Tintype portrait sessions with Aimee Clark (bookings required).
A perfect day to bring the family along, explore the exhibition and take your time with each piece.

FINAL DAY
Sunday the 5th of April // 11am–4pm
Last chance to view the exhibition and collect any purchased artworks.
A slower, more relaxed day to connect, reflect and wrap up a really special weekend.

We’re so grateful to have Angelo Street Picture Framing as part of the Tattoos for Tails Art Exhibition. 🐾✨

Bev has been responsible for framing all of the original artworks for this event, and truly, it wouldn’t have come together the same way without her.

A third generation family business based in South Perth, Angelo Street Picture Framing has been part of the local art community for over 30 years. Bev and her family bring so much care, experience and attention to every piece they work on, making the whole framing process feel easy, comfortable and genuinely enjoyable.

Every artwork in the exhibition has been thoughtfully framed by Bev, helping bring each piece to life and creating a beautiful, cohesive gallery space for the weekend.
And of course, being a huge animal lover (and proud mum to Olive, Bean and Kiko), it meant so much to have her involved in an event supporting animals across WA.

We couldn’t have done this without her!! 🐾💗

We’re so grateful to have FoxLab Fine Art Printing as part of the Tattoos for Tails Art Exhibition. 🐾✨

Tyson has been responsible for creating all of the high quality prints for this event, giving people the opportunity to take home a piece of the exhibition in a more accessible way alongside the original artworks.

Fox Lab was created to offer artists a more collaborative and hands-on printing experience, making sure they feel supported and involved in every step of the process. That care and attention really shows in the quality of the work.

From start to finish, Tyson has gone above and beyond to help bring this event to life, and we’re so thankful to have him as part of it.
