I am Jan Evans, a fun and fab Aussie living in Wellington New Zealand. I previously shared my story of how my life changed dramatically after being made redundant and wondering what was next for me. Fortunately, love was on the cards, and I followed my heart to India. On my second Live at 5, I shared what it was like to move to another country as the Covid pandemic unfolded and for this Live at 5, I will be sharing about a medical emergency earlier this year that has taken 6 months to recover from. This experience has been emotionally and physically challenging and I knew I needed to take action to get myself back to where I was feeling strong and back in charge of my life. With Spring and my 56th birthday approaching, I had an idea. I decided to have a Spring Affair – a love affair with myself where I tapped into some old and new practices to help me move forward stronger and better than ever.
