Thanks to the incredible support of Australian Gas Infrastructure Group passengers like Sharon can access the specialist healthcare they need.

Recently, Sharon travelled from Bundaberg to Brisbane with Angel Flight Australia for important specialist medical appointments. Thank you to our volunteer pilot Scott and Earth Angels Steve and Reuben for dedicating your time and care in ensuring a safe and comfortable trip.

We are also delighted to thank AGIG for their latest donation of $30,000 to Angel Flight. For the past six years, AGIG has stood beside Angel Flight and the rural Australians we serve, helping ensure people can access the healthcare they need and deserve.

Since 2001, AGIG has contributed more than $100,000 and their ongoing generosity helps us continue providing free flights and ground transport to people facing the challenges of distance when seeking medical care.

From all of us at Angel Flight, and from passengers like Sharon, thank you AGIG. Your support continues to create life-changing outcomes for rural and regional Australians. ✈️

Through Rural Medi-Flights, health professionals are transported directly to regional and remote towns, helping bridge the gap in healthcare access and ensuring patients can receive vital medical services closer to home.

Almost 100 missions in just two weeks✈️

From children needing specialist treatment to cancer patients travelling long distances for care, every Angel Flight journey tells a story of resilience, compassion and community.

Thank you to our volunteer pilots and drivers, donors and supporters who help us keep showing up for rural and regional Australians every single day. Because access to healthcare shouldn’t depend on your postcode.

"I’d be dead by now if it weren’t for Angel Flight."

These are the sombre words shared by more than one special Angel Flight passenger from the NSW towns of Brewarrina and Lightning Ridge.

It’s a privilege to hear firsthand what life would look like if Angel Flight could no longer bring health professionals into rural communities, and fly patients out to the specialist care they desperately need.

These stories are powerful reminders of why this work matters so deeply.

Terry and his wife Vilma recently made the journey from Hay to Sydney for specialised medical treatment — a trip that’s become all too familiar for them.

Having flown with Angel Flight an incredible 25 times, Terry’s journey is a powerful reminder of just how important consistent, reliable access to care can be. We’re so glad to be able to take some of the stress out of travel and help make these trips a little easier.
