Suited to Success Ltd Suited to Success Ltd is a not-for-profit community organisation, providing free clothing and career support services for people in need.

We also manage Dress for Success® Brisbane. Suited to Success (STS) helps people in Queensland by providing employment assistance, career coaching, workshops, clothing and styling services, and peer support activities at no cost to the people who need our services. STS commenced operations in 2008. We have a small team, and our services are powered by volunteers. Our premises are in Brisbane, wher

e we have our: women’s styling boutique, men’s styling boutique, training spaces, office, and social enterprise retail store. We rely on the support of the community to fund over 80% of our services. Each year, we aim to help over 1,000 people throughout Queensland through our face-to-face and remote services.

Meet Ricardo! Ricardo has been one of our volunteer stylists at Barry Parade since 2025. But joining as a volunteer wasn’t Ricardo’s first introduction to Suited to Success. Previously Ricardo had visited us as a client!

With wanting to explore a career in styling, Ricardo could not have thought of a better place to gain hands on experience in the industry while working towards his career goal.

We are so thrilled (and sad he’s leaving) that Ricardo has achieved his career goal and has secured a full-time retail styling position.

Thank you Ricardo for all your time and support you have given to our clients. We have been so lucky to have you as apart of the team.

Before donating items we ask you kindly to please consider the quality of items and ensure they are in good, clean condition.

Donations can be dropped on Wednesdays and Thursdays between 1pm-2pm to our reception desk at Barry Parade.

Any items left outside our door will not be accepted.
