The second BRDC EA negotiation meeting was held on Thursday February 28 with your SDA Delegates and officials in attendance.
The Log of Claims exchange was completed and the Company responded to the SDA's Log. The SDA then tabled their clauses for claims 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 13, & 16.
These included redundancy provisions, boot allowance increase and introducing a ratio to ensure direct hire and permanent employment remains strong at the BRDC. Negotiations will continue on Tuesday and Thursday next week.
