Tasmanian Canoe Club at Forth Canoe and Kayak club at Forth River Tasmania. Currently recruiting juniors 10-13years for spring and summer paddling and intro to slalom.

We welcome beginners of all ages. Sundays afternoon and Thursday evenings Nov-March we have controlled flows.

📣 Help Us Fill the Last 10 Spots for Tasmanian Canoe Club's Come and Try Day!📣
Do you live in or around Forth, Ulverstone, Sheffield, or Devonport? We have just 10 more places available for our fun, free "Come and Try Day" with the Tasmanian Canoe Club on Sunday, March 1, 2026!

This is a perfect beginner experience designed for ages 9 and up. Medium swimming skills and no prior paddling kills are required—just bring your enthusiasm!

We need your help to spread the word! Tag a friend or share this post with anyone in the local community (within a 30km radius of Forth) who might want to try something new.

Quick Details:
• What: Free beginner paddling sessions (2 x 1.5-hour slots).
• When: March 1, 2026.
• Where: Tasmanian Canoe Club, 841 Willnot Rd. Forth
• Who: Ages 9+ (participants must complete a free trial club membership for insurance).
