We can’t wait to see all our Nippers back on the beach for the first day of the season! 🙌

If you need any help with Nipper registration, please come down early — our team will be available from 8:30am to assist.

🎽 If you’ve purchased a coloured cap or pink hi-vis singlet (pinkie), please arrive early to pick it up.
🛒 Caps and pinkies will also be available for purchase on the day.

Forster Surf Club is hosting Halloween with Heart for over 18’s on 30th October 2026. Dress up or come as yourself. Come along and enjoy a great night for a great cause.

Forster Surf Life Saving Club wishes to congratulate Bruce and Annabel.

Congratulations to Bruce Higgs on winning the Members Draw on Friday 2nd of October. He was at the club when his name was drawn.
Don't forget the Members Draw is drawn every Friday and Sunday at sips between 5.30pm and 6.30pm.

We also need to congratulate Annabel from North Wollongong SLSC. Annabel was the lucky winner of the Kracka board drawn at the Professionals Weekend of Surf.

We hope you both enjoy your prizes!

Naming of our two Thundercat 3 IRBs

Two of our Life Members were recognised for the contribution they have made to the club and IRBs as a surf rescue craft and in competition over the last 30 years

We congratulate both Simon Lee and Brian Wilcox for the time they have given and continue to provide to the club and the community as members of Forster Surf Lifesaving Club

Professionals Weekend of Surf

A huge weekend with 480 competitors in the Ironperson event on Saturday and the Carnival on Saturday and Sunday with a new record of 800 competitors

We had competitors - officials - water safety along with parents and friends from 41 surf clubs

Plenty of action over the weekend in some difficult surf conditions.

Thankyou to everyone who supported the Professionals Weekend of Surf and we looking forward to the 30th year of the event in 2027.

We welcome everyone to the 29th Professionals Weekend of Surf, with the bar open from 4.00pm Friday.

At 5.15pm Friday, we will be announcing the naming of our two Thundercat IRBs.

We’ve had great support for this year’s event, with entries so far:

🌊 Carnival: 730

We look forward to welcoming all competitors, officials, water safety crews and families to Forster Tuncurry for a great weekend of racing and plenty of fun.
