Bring some tweezers if you have some and we have everything else you need to make your item unless you have something special to add or you have tiny flowers or pretty leaves 🍁 that you can press flat in a heavy book
with some paper on either side so not to make the pages .

A reminder that we will be back in action on Wednesday 14 October, 11.30 am in the Wang Wauk Room of the library precinct. with our resin art activity. If you have any pressed or flat paper flowers you might like to bring them along to use in the resin art. If you are new and want to come along and see what we get up to, you are most welcome. A donation of a gold coin would be appreciated as we provide tea, coffee and cake. See you all very soon.

Good news, we are giving thanks today to "Mary Mackillop today Highways and Byways small grants program for providing the Women's Shed Forster and Tuncurry with a grant that will allow us to continue with our activities.

You may be aware that Mary Mackillop is Australia's first and only Saint, she was given this honor by the Pope for her enduring and tireless work to ensure isolated and impoverished children receive a free education. Mary devoted her life to the church and her mission.

We thank the Mary Mackillop today highways and byways small grants program for their kind donation and we can assure them that we will use the funds to support the women in our group now and into the future.

Welcome back, next Wednesday 14 October, will be our first activity for the new term. We will be redoing a favorite, resin art, creating beautiful earrings, pendants and key chains, which would make a lovely present or keepsake. So, mark it in your diary, and let us know that you are coming by writing yes in the comments, please don't just tick liked as we don't know if that means you are coming or not. As usual we will be in the Wang Wauk Room within the library precinct on Lake Street, Forster at 11.30 am, a gold donation would be very much appreciated.

Our next activity in Wang Wauk Room," Forster Library Woman's Shed will be held on Wednesday 16/9/26 at 11.30am till 1.30pm
This will be a Sound Healing session conducted by Tim from "Welcome Space"
Come and enjoy 60 minutes of deep relaxation as you surrender to your inner landscape.
Experience an orchestra of healing vibrations from ancient drums, bowls, chimes and gongs.
Please RSVP with your name as numbers are restricted to 35 attendees.
We have attended a couple of Tims sound classes and they are fabulous.

The beads are ready for you this Wednesday 2 September at 11.30am in the Wang Wauk Room opposite the Library Entrance. Come along and enjoy the company of a great group of ladies for a chat, a cuppa and piece of cake and at the same time make yourself a sun/dream catcher, we only ask that you donate a gold coin for materials and coffee etc. Looking forward to seeing you there, new members welcome.
