Hi all.
Our next activity in Wang Wauk Room," Forster Library Woman's Shed will be held on Wednesday 16/9/26 at 11.30am till 1.30pm
This will be a Sound Healing session conducted by Tim from "Welcome Space"
Come and enjoy 60 minutes of deep relaxation as you surrender to your inner landscape.
Experience an orchestra of healing vibrations from ancient drums, bowls, chimes and gongs.
Please RSVP with your name as numbers are restricted to 35 attendees.
We have attended a couple of Tims sound classes and they are fabulous.

What a great bunch of creative ladies we had today, everyone of their sun/dream catchers were beautiful, you should all be very proud of yourselves. Thank you to Corinne from the Neighbourhood Centre for your presentation on the Hub future development plans.

The beads are ready for you this Wednesday 2 September at 11.30am in the Wang Wauk Room opposite the Library Entrance. Come along and enjoy the company of a great group of ladies for a chat, a cuppa and piece of cake and at the same time make yourself a sun/dream catcher, we only ask that you donate a gold coin for materials and coffee etc. Looking forward to seeing you there, new members welcome.

Hello ladies, next Wednesday 2 September at 11.30 am we will be making a mixture of sun catcher and dream catcher, unsure what to call it, perhaps a sunny dream. Whilst we are whipping up these sunny dreams, Corinne Stephenson, Executive Officer of Forster Neighbourhood Centre will be obtaining our opinion on the Concept Plans for the future building to be erected in the grounds behind the Court House. Your opinion is valuable so please come along, have a cuppa and cake.

Hello Ladies, I quick reminder that it’s painting Day on Wednesday the 19 th at the Forster Tuncurry women’s shed library complex in Forster , so have a think about the colour you want to paint, all details in the previous post on here if you need to check, with approximately 40 seats available… I just quickly painted one today as a example… see you on Wednesday to those that are coming 😊😊😊 Vicki

Hello ladies, hope you will be excited to create your own art work on a canvas, learner friendly and I’m here to help you all the way, pictures are a example for you to draw out your canvas before you paint 😊 we will provide the canvas, paint and brushes but would appreciate a small donation as we also provide a cuppa , cake and bickies.
A great way to meet new friends and have some fun in a safe and friendly place at the Forster library building, second door on the right when you come through the front doors … we start at 11.30 am till approximately 1.30 pm on Wednesday 19 th August … no need to arrive before 11.15 am , this event we can cater for up to 40 ladies, we are not taking bookings but a comment would be appreciated if your coming to track some numbers…

If you haven't guessed what we are doing for our next activity on Wednesday 5 August, it's BINGO. There will be great prizes for different games and a promise of a whole lot of fun. You don't have to buy a dabber (bingo marker) just bring along a pen to cross the numbers off. We will have our usual coffee, tea, cakes and biscuits to sustain us during the games; we just ask that you contribute a gold coin donation to help us fund future events. So put it in the diary Wednesday 5 August, 11.30am in the Wang Wauk Room, Civic Centre, Lake Street Forster. If you have a funny or lucky hat or good luck charm then bring it along it could help you win.
