This is a super serious notice the community.

To the sneaky individuals who thought our custom-made fire pit from behind our hall was a freebie, could you please return it? It was kindly donated by a parent and we use it for s'more-making educational activities and social gatherings that aren't just an excuse for us to play with fire.

We know with its weight that it's a two-person lift, so grab a mate and let's get this pit back home. Return it during the day, night, or whenever - we won't ask questions, promise. We just want to keep our young scouts warm and happy.

Our Scouts and Venturers have risen to the early 4:40am wake up call from Dobby and walked the 2km~ from the hall over to Lone Pine Memorial Park to join hundreds of other people in paying their respects. We will also be participating in the ANZAC day march and Day Service.

Scouts and Venturers are tackling a challenge with our bushcraft pioneering activity at the Scouting Basics camp that our leaders Urabus, Giggles and Dobby are running. They have constructed an A frame and are walking it across the property we are camped on. Thanks to the 1st Junee Scouts for the idea.

As we set up camp for 2026, we want to thank all our amazing scouts, leaders, and families for another year filled with adventure, learning, and friendship.
