♥️The Sacred Heart of Jesus

Today, we honour the Sacred Heart of Jesus, a powerful symbol of God’s infinite love for all of us. The heart, surrounded by a crown of thorns and topped with a cross, reminds us of Christ’s sacrificial love and His enduring compassion for humanity.

This feast invites us to reflect on God’s love and to show that same love to others through acts of kindness and service. Let us open our hearts to love God, our neighbours, and ourselves.

Dear Sacred Heart of Jesus, I love You so much, and I give You my heart. Help me to love God. Help me to love my neighbour as a child of God. Help me to love myself as a child of God. Amen.

The Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ (Corpus Christi)

Today, we celebrate the gift of the Eucharist, the true Body and Blood of Christ, given to us at the Last Supper. Jesus said, “Take this and eat, for this is my body… take this and drink, for this is my blood.” Each time we receive the Eucharist, we remember His ultimate sacrifice and are nourished by His enduring presence.

This feast calls us to deepen our reverence for the Eucharist and to live as Christ’s body in the world, bringing His love and hope to others.

"I am the living bread that came down from heaven. Whoever eats this bread will live forever." – John 6:51

The Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary

Today, we celebrate Mary’s visit to her cousin, Elizabeth, a moment filled with joy and the Holy Spirit. Elizabeth proclaimed Mary as “the most blessed of all women” recognising her faith and her role as the Mother of God.

This feast invites us to follow Mary’s example of faith, humility, and care for others. Let us too, bring hope and joy to those around us.

“Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb!” - Luke 1:42

✝️The Most Holy Trinity

Today, we celebrate the mystery of the Holy Trinity - one God in three persons: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. This feast honours God’s self-revelation throughout history, from the people of Israel to the disciples of Jesus and to us today.

The Trinity reminds us of the unity and love at the heart of God. Let us glorify the Creator, Redeemer, and Sustainer, and strive to reflect this divine love in our relationships with others.

“Glory be to the Father, the Son, and to the Holy Spirit. As it was in the beginning, is now and ever shall be.”
