It was quite a journey for the SLUGG to be preserved and renovated by a group of passionate students from Enactus VU.

As the SLUGG will be transformed into the Regenerative Edible Garden project that is operated by the Enactus VU.

Cooking up a delicious winter stew with lots of celery harvested from the garden. The celery plants are doing great and it's so good to be able to take only what you need instead of having to buy a whole bunch. Reach down and snap off a stalk from the bottom. Celery plants will keep producing for at least a year 🌱🌱🌱

This is a fun and exciting activity to grow your own food on campus, and great way to meet new friends and relax outside zoom classes. Here are the details of the event:

Date: 14th April (Thursday)
Time: 10 - 1pm (Free Lunch will provide at 12pm)
Location: Footscray Park, former SLUGG Garden (near building E, close to building D courtyard)
