This Sunday, all eyes turn to Warrnambool for Kevin Lafferty Hurdle & Thackeray Steeplechase Day.

Another great day of jumps racing at Warrnambool Racing Club on Sunday.

Zinovation got the day underway with a win for Mick Price and Michael Kent Jnr, before local trainer Shane Jackson was on the board with Andy Win taking out the second over the hurdles.

Saint Eustace added another jumps victory for Jess and Steven Pateman, while Symon Wilde's Bazini was impressive in the steeplechase.

Congratulations to all the winning connections and everyone who made the day such a success.

Jumps racing will be back at Warrnambool on 28th June!

The Adam Lindsay Gordon Trophy Series returns in 2026.

Named in honour of one of Australia's most celebrated horsemen, poets and pioneers of jumps racing, the series recognises the rich history of jumps racing in Victoria and the Western Districts.

The 2026 series will take place at the following locations:
• Hamilton Racing-Club on 12th July
• Coleraine Racing Club on 19th July
• Casterton Racing Club on 9th August
• Ballarat Turf Club at Sportsbet-Ballarat on 16th August

Throughout the season, trainers and jockeys will battle it out for valuable series points as they pursue Adam Lindsay Gordon Trophy Series glory.
