If someone nearby went into sudden cardiac arrest, would you know exactly what to do while waiting for an ambulance?

It’s a scary thought, but knowing how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) can increase a person's chance of survival by over 70%. They are designed to be used by anyone, but having a quick, hands-on run-through removes the panic if an emergency ever happens.

We are running a free, casual, and incredibly valuable training session to make sure our community feels confident, capable, and ready to look out for one another.

⏱️ Duration: Approx. 45–60 minutes (quick, simple, and vital)

No prior medical experience needed. Whether you've never touched a machine before or just want a quick refresher, please come along. Bring a neighbour, grab a cuppa, and let's keep our community safe together.
