🐾 Meet our chief resource officer, Miss Rosie! She's been hard at work helping us prep for our upcoming Teen Mental Health First Aid program for Year 8 & 10 students at St. Helens District High School. We couldn't have done it without her... but our incredible Teen and Youth Mental Health First Aid Instructors are pretty awesome too! So grateful to have such amazing people (and pups!) bringing Live4Life Break O'Day to life! 🩷

🌱 Youth Mental Health First Aid 2-Day Course

Did you know we train Year 8 and 10 students in Teen MHFA at both St Marys District School and St Helens District High School (official) through Live4Life Break O'Day? This course is how the adults in their lives meet them halfway.

Youth MHFA is a 2-day course for anyone over 18 who wants to better support the young people around them. Whether you're a parent, grandparent, teacher, coach, neighbour, or simply someone who cares.

Every time we run this course, people arrive with questions and worries, and leave with new connections, deeper understanding, and practical tools to recognise and respond to young people's mental health.

When the young people in our community are already learning the language of mental health, the most powerful thing we can do as adults is learn to speak it too.

Together we can make a change and plant a seed of hope! 🌻

Spots are limited we'd love to see you there.
