Ipswich Basketball Association is launching a new Independent League for female athletes born in 2009 & 2010.

This competition is not club affiliated — designed to provide a balanced, draft-style playing environment focused purely on development and competition.

✔️ Teams formed via draft process overseen by Kane Bishop (Coach & Athlete Development Manager)
✔️ Monday night games
✔️ Coached by experienced Ipswich Force junior & senior program coaches
✔️ Open to all eligible players

​Hey Ripley Valley community! It’s time to lace up the sneakers and hit the court. Registration for Season 1, 2026 is officially OPEN at Ripley Valley Basketball Club! ​Whether you're a returning pro or a first-timer ready to learn the game, we want YOU on our team.

💲​GOVERNMENT PLAY ON SPORT VOUCHERS ACCEPTED!💲
We are proud to be a registered provider for the Queensland Government’s Play On! Sports Vouchers. You can use your $200 voucher to contribute directly toward your registration fees!

​📅 Key Dates to Remember:
NOW: RVBC player registrations open. Accepting players born 2021 to 2009 for all of our junior competition age divisions.

​29 Jan 2026: Round 2 of Play On! Vouchers opens.

​​2 Feb 2026: The season officially tips off!

​📝 About Play On! Sport Vouchers.
​The Queensland Government's Play On! program provides a $200 voucher per child to help families with the cost of sports.

Head to the QLD Government website​ for full terms, conditions, eligibility and to apply for your voucher(s). ​Please Note: If your child already received a Play On! voucher in Round 1 (Aug/Sept 2025), they are not eligible for this second round.
